Jane Saun

My name is Jane Saun and I am one of two students currently studying the Diploma in Audiometry course. All the knowledge, skills and attitudes I am learning have boosted my confidence in my technical field. I am so grateful for the support my Australian tutors Dr Donna Carkeet and Audiologist Judith Francis are providing towards my studies.  Their contributions have enlightened and upskilled my career engaging in ear and hearing health care skills in clinics throughout the country.  I found the online sessions and supervisors’ visits incredibly helpful in gradually developing my competency in performing audiometry and tympanometry in the clinics.  I’m looking forward to completing my studies with their utmost and never-ending support.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Donna from Inc. for all her time, effort and sacrifice. She is such a great teacher and audiologist. I am also grateful to audiologists Judith Francis and Mahes Satchi, Hear The World, Callan Services National Unit (CSNU) for the ear health, hearing and other services that they are providing throughout Papua New Guinea to the needy, marginalized and the ones who are at risk, and Oceania Christian Brothers for their continuous support in assisting Br Desmond and me in our studies.
